Tile Replacement Procedure

In Case of Damage: custom-tiles.com will replace any product damaged in shipping.

We save all images for one month to provide this service.
 

Procedure:

1. Fully inspect the mural tiles upon arrival.
2. Notify carrier (typically UPS or FedEx) as soon as possible to make a claim for damage. All items are shipped insured.
3. Send us an email (Mitch Bernard) telling us that the carrier has been notified and what action they are taking. In your email, provide the claim number and specify which tile(s) in the mural (e.g., 2C, 4D, etc.) are damaged.
