If extensive editing or scanning is required, it is performed at an hourly rate of $35 with a $35 minimum. We will preview your image at no charge to advise.

To pay by credit card or PayPal, click on "Buy Now" below the tile type/size you want and you will be forwarded to a PayPal payment page. Select the '1' at 'quantity' and reset to the number of tiles you need. Then click 'update' for the order total. PayPal processes the credit card orders - you do not need a PayPal account. The page may say, "Don't have a PayPal account?" Click "continue" for instructions to use your credit card. Use the appropriate section of the PayPal page to enter your credit card information and phone number. If you have not ordered online before, open order instruction page for step by step instructions. For other payment options, contact us.

**There will be discounts for duplicate tiles with the same images. Call or email for details. Dealer discounts are also available.
Payment Terms: Tile and shipping costs are due at time of order and then the balance (if any) due within 5 days (online payment) after the custom tiles are received. Sales tax must be charged to all Virginia customers unless a tax exempt certificate or resale number is furnished before the order is complete. Any balance still due 30 days after the order is received will incur a 1.5% monthly additional finance charge. The customer agrees that if Dependable Printing/custom-tiles takes action to collect any overdue sums, the customer will pay reasonable traveling expenses, collection and attorney’s fees incident thereto. All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Campbell County, Virginia. ^^Exterior Grade Tiles are produced by a second high temperature firing of pigments to offer an interior/exterior durability not otherwise available. These are more expensive and take longer to produce. See Exterior Grade Tiles
