Payment Terms:
Editing and shipping charges which were not fully determined at the time of order will be added to the balance. Sales tax must be charged to all  Virginia customers unless a tax exempt certificate or resale number is furnished before the order is complete. Any balance still due 30 days after the order is complete will incur a 1.5% monthly additional finance charge. The customer agrees that if Dependable Printing takes action to collect any overdue sums, the customer will pay reasonable traveling expenses, collection and attorney’s fees incident thereto and all legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Campbell County, Virginia.
