Here is what our strong background in image editing allows us to create:
The image of the painting was overlaid on the marble-like veining and coloration of Italian textured tile, then the two images were combined. The strong colors and textures of marble tile could have disturbingly distorted the artwork except we have controlled the layering process digitally prior to custom tile printing.
Custom tile printing can now be done on smooth ceramic tile for crisp, undistorted color reproduction while achieving the textured look of marble tile! This faux marble (Trompe L'Oeil) provides a classical European touch.
The tile mural above shows the original art merged into a visible marble pattern.
A stronger rendition - without the 'fading' of the edges into the marbled background - is displayed here.
The Faux Marble texture patterns are evident throughout the tile mural artwork, and the original art fills the mural area.
